4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 30+ days before departure: Up to 90% refund
• 15–29 days before departure: Up to 50% refund
• Less than 15 days: No refund
• Refund eligibility depends on booking type and service provider policies.
• In rare cases such as weather or political disruptions, alternate arrangements or refunds may be offered.

5. Visa Assistance Disclaimer

Shinoor Travels may offer optional visa assistance services but does not guarantee visa approval. Visa approvals are solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
